Mary Jane Vega, is the Chief Trainer, President and CEO of Propel Mentoring and Business Solutions. She is also a Life Coach and her experiences in her personal, corporate and ministerial endeavor were colored with challenges and victories. Twice a cancer survivor, Coach Jane's life exploits allow her to connect to people in a personal level. Her vision is to help individuals realize their God-given potential and use it not just for their benefit but also those around them. Coach Jane is a certified foodie, a voracious reader and a movie lover. Mother to 1, Wife to 1; she believes in the ONE who alone can provide true motivation. She talks on the importance of mentorship, personal growth and her own experiences and on change management. She compares her role as a speaker to a propeller, the force that drives someone in realizing potentials and abilities to lead them out of the box.
